The Science Behind Green RFID
PLA Bioplastic
Corn / Sugarcane DerivedPolylactic Acid (PLA) is a bio-based polymer derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane. Our PLA-based keycards are industrially compostable and achieve performance comparable to conventional PVC, with improved heat resistance through advanced crystallization techniques.
Bamboo Fiber
Fastest Growing GrassBamboo grows up to 91 cm per day without pesticides, fertilizers, or irrigation, making it one of the most sustainable raw materials on Earth. Our bamboo fiber composite cards combine the natural beauty of bamboo with the technical precision required for NFC and RFID applications.
Recycled PVC
50-80% Post-ConsumerOur recycled PVC cards use 50-80% post-consumer recycled content, diverting plastic waste from landfills while maintaining the durability and print quality hospitality clients demand. The recycled PVC is sourced from certified recycling facilities with full chain-of-custody documentation.
FSC-Certified Wood
Cherry, Walnut, BeechEvery wooden product -- from RFID wristbands to NFC cards -- uses Forest Stewardship Council certified timber. FSC certification ensures the wood comes from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits, with full traceability from forest to final product.

We design products with their entire lifecycle in mind -- from raw material sourcing to end-of-life recycling.
Take-Back Programs
Hotels and event venues can return used keycards and wristbands through our take-back initiative. Collected materials are sorted, processed, and fed back into our manufacturing supply chain.
Recycling Partnerships
We work with certified recycling facilities to ensure that end-of-life products are processed responsibly. RFID chips are separated and recovered, while card bodies are recycled or composted depending on material type.
Biodegradable by Design
Our PLA and seed-paper products are designed to biodegrade naturally at end of life. Event wristbands made from seed paper can literally be planted after use, growing into wildflowers while the biodegradable band decomposes.
